There is nothing like shoes heartagram. The heartagram is the logo of the Swedish band HIM. Bam Margera has made popular. If you start college, dump the stuff for children, go with something a little more grown up. If you are looking for sneakers to go with old school vans.

This should be about what you are looking for. There were shoes for adio was considered Bam Margera shoes that had this heartagram but I think the style is obsolete.
