Exploring the Udzungwa Mountains
The Udzungwa Mountains is one of the highlights of Tanzania. Although Udzungwa is not a classic game viewing destination, it is the dream of all hikers. Since the Udzungwa was granted national park status, many hikers have been encouraged to these majestic mountains.

The Udzungwa Mountains are usually part of the range of the Eastern Arc Mountains of Tanzania. These mountains are covered with what remains of the great forest that covered the whole country.
