asics 1110, I do long distance of 10 miles to 18 miles. the shoe is very good for long, because of the cushining and the support it gives you. It is also good for some fast running as a 5k runner intermidiate, if you are able to run under 5:00 p.m. 5k I would get a running shoe and only use it for quick trips as short a 5k. But if you are looking for a mid trainner distance running is good, and I use it for running and trainning and would definatley recommend it.

Page 5'11 "180 pounds, I wear the 2120 size 10.5 with orthotic inserts. I run on concrete sidewalks and streets. My typical run is 3 to 5 miles long with a 10-15 race on weekend. 5ks I run half-marathons, triathlons and. I would do a marathon one day, but I'm currently on my 5k time to less than 20 minutes. jhave I already brought changes, Kayano, and and 2110.
