Baby Wedge

My baby is 4 days old great strength to the body, and rolled over on its side bassenete even if I put him on the back. It always ends up face-first on the side, and I'm worried about SIDS. Then I started to use a wedge into a crib to keep her quiet and safe, but I heard it was not safe either. (People say that you should put it on the back at any time!) Any advice?

If you lay your baby on her back and bring some food or milk and it can not deliver then it could choke. I always put my babies in their cribs with a corner. If your baby is only four days, I still doubt the bedroom / her on the back or in a sleep positioner. The corners are generally used under the mattress of the head of your mattress and older babies. Sleep positioners that you place between are supposed to be pretty sure I have not heard otherwise. As the child grows and shows a preference for sleeping positions so you might consider letting her sleep on her stomach. My two babies want to sleep on his stomach. The key is to keep the bed clear of stuffed animals and loose bedding that could cause suffocation. Do you wrap of (swaddling)? It should not be able to move much if you do. I know how afraid of SIDS. My youngest sister died of sudden infant death (it was called then) 20 years ago. I was so paranoid, and made sure she was still on his back. I woke up and check so that any time a night. When she slept all night it was not really enjoying myself, lol.
