Cheap High Heels

I live in Columbia, South Carolina and I want to get cheap high heels, especially high heels that are very cheap, where can I get cheap high heels?

eBay is good if you can afford the postage. I wish I lived closer so you buy as many shoes as you want.

If there is a shop called "deb" where you live .. in a mall or something, they have great shoes, and they are not expensive at all overally.
