High heels: How To Wear & Walk in them! If you're not a woman like me, you are obsessed with shoes preferably high heels, and you wear them as high as you can bear. For me .... my heels are 4-inch to 6 inches. And I walk well and trust them every time I leave my front door.
It is an art to wear and walk in high heel shoe. They are wonderful once you have mastered this art. They lengthen short legs and long legs to appear longer. High Heels makes all your outfit sexy, sensual, recovers, and makes you look confident. Men also think that women who wear high heels without any effort, appear confident and in control. High Heel comes in several bead structures. There are skinny heels, thick heels, wide heels, platform heels, wedge heels, kitten heels and so on and so forth. You need to find the high heel that makes you comfortable and you will not have problems on, once you learn to walk confidently in them.
If you are a beginner, I suggest you start with a thick platform wedge heel or at least 3 inches high. The wide heel will balance you once you hold in your shoe, and you feel less discomfort in this type of heel, as you would if you tried a thin stiletto heel. Once you become comfortable wearing 3-Inch Heels, gradually increase in height and the width reduction, to a 3 1 / 4 inch heel, 4-Inch Heel, 4 1 / 4 inch heel, and continue to From there or stop there, if that's all you can stand at this point. That is where you decide to limit your heel height and width, at least you are now wearing high heels!
To practice walking in your heels, go outside on a hard surface and walk upright, back straight, one foot before the other, and do not look towards the ground. If you practice walking in heels inside your house on the carpet, the surface is too soft so you can get the real feeling and wear heels. When you can do it again and again without any effort, you're ready to leave your front door, beautiful and confident in your high heels!
