OMG! Someone please help, my children accidentally filled the tub with a piece of cloth 5 "x5". Tell me what do I need to do .....
Cut off a hanger at the hook part so that you now have a long piece of thread. Using a pair of pliers Twist one end of the shed, to form a corkscrew (like a wine bottle opener). Insert the media into the tub and use a twisting motion to skewer the towel. Pull on the towel.
Good Luck
PS You can also end in the form of a small hook and try that way.
First, close the tap! Now you can relax and remove the towel with a plumbers snake or another tool that will pull in enough towels for you to pull all this way. If all else fails, call the plumber.
If you have a wire coat hanger, relax for a length of wire, small hook with pliers at the end and see if you can hang and remove.
Some baths have a grid / screen that can be removed for easy acess.
Otherwise, fill the bathtub with water FRO an inch or two, then sprean the palm of your hand on the pump outlet and quickly. you might need to layer your hands. They sell rubber pistons, but you can do with your hands.
Basically, you try to force the water out and wipe the slate clean beyond where ever it is stuck. Hopefully it is just housed in the U-turn and move forward.
Or pour battery acid output. He did a good job of burning holes in clothes, and must therefore work on your towel stuck.
If you have access to the hatch (in the basement or crawl space) cancel trap and pull
slope hanger to a small hook at the end trick works well for most cases ...
next time watch your children when they are in the tub ...
