Kids Hiking Shoes

My son does not like tie his shoes! So, he really likes the shoes have Velcro or elastic laces with elastic guardian. But it is just born child sizes, and we can not seem to find anything in sizes for men. He wears a size 7!

Can you recommend a brand or type of shoe that will work for him. It partially running shoes, or some sort of type of hiking boots look.
