New Balance running shoes for wide feet and high arches? I wonder if someone with high arches and wide feet have experience with New Balance running shoes. If yes, what number syle?
I know I should go out, equipped and try some, but I have two children and can be quite difficult. I currently have the 767, but I think the arch support may be better, and I do not think they make these more. I also love my Asics GT but I think I want a new balance.
Thank you.
New Balance is one of the running shoe that offers a few different widths, but I found their structure and sustainability subpar. My father who has high arches and feet wide preferred Saucony.
If you really work for Asics, but do not provide the arch support you need, you may want to consider putting in your own arch supports or orthotics (or if your arches are prone to injury, try to paste). For what it's worth, I've included both New Balance and Asics and prefer Asics. They were better suited to training for competitive running.
Good luck.
