My hiking boots are less 'grip'. They can not be resolved. Can I cut grooves in myself? How? The soles everything becomes difficult and dried? Sometimes if the couple is worth I take the plant and grind to a thin back down to fresh rubber. Otherwise, it may be time for a new pair. (
Good luck and be careful with the mill, the shoes are sometimes out of their own!
You can try to use a rotary tool ~ also if you just want to cut grooves in.
Cut the plant for a better grip is only valid if the rest of the boot is in good condition. How old are these shoes? Is the rest of the shoe in good condition? You can look around outfitters - my favorite is Campmor Paramus, New Jersey - for some great buys.
Your feet are a valuable asset. I would not be economical to mine.
I cut grooves in mine with an angle grinder.
diddnt work for me as they will begin to leak, I used a tool dremal
