Make a snack bag for children climbing? My son is a climber and I'm stuck with the bags to enjoy their team. I also want to include some sort of thing goodie little help in their climbing. If you do not know the sport, it is basically where you climb a rock wall for time or points. So what kind of little thing could help in this regard? I thought maybe a hard rubber ball-ish stress or something along that line. Please give me ideas or suggestions about the food or small objects to the treatment bag snack.
Things that work well are raisins, beef jerky, cookies, but beware anything that might melt.
I would like to put things that will be nutritional and functional for them. all kinds of fruits and vegetables will be good. Clif bars and protein bars seems to be a favorite of climbers at my gym, they also clif bars for children according to age of your son's team. Crackers, nuts, sandos ... Click on the link, all kinds of good ideas for athletes and things to avoid.
