Running trainers ..............................? Hey
What do you have to look for when buying good trainers for the race?
Do you just buy those that are more calculable?
Or did you buy some of them have something in them that your custom stale cartilage when you run as much as normal.
Im only 17, so I do not have much wear on my cartilage again, i run 5 miles every other day. (Training to 10 miles every other day)
But I heard that I need to get good walking shoes I wear on my cartilage and my knees hurt when Wil I grow up.
You should go to a reputable shop running, and try the shoes needed to find ones that suit you best. Staff should be happy to help you decide which is the best shoes, if they are not, find another store.
The shoe should have good cushioning and good support at the heel. It should be possible in the toe area, there should be a gap between the ends of your toes and the tip of the shoe.
There is no such thing as one of the best brands of running shoes - they all have slight differences and a shoe that fits someone else may not suit you.
Do not be tempted to buy shoes in a sale, the only environment deteriorates with age and depreciation can not last very long is the shoe was sitting on a shelf for 18 months.
Try to vary your workout, do short runs fast, slower and longer sessions on the replacement.
Do not worry too much about building your long runs for a year or two, long distance can cause wear on your joints while you are still growing, you can start to really increase your distance after you stop growing in a year or two.
Hope this helps
