And other suggestions that I had written on a blackboard to draw up a month or two ago to make the charm and / or attachers polymer clay and other materials, if you are interested:
.... You could make themselves the beauty of polymer clay, and attach them in several ways ... Here are some possibilities:
... the charms of the glue on shoes with holes - or anywhere (the best glues could be a two-part epoxy glue, or silicone type glue like E-6000, ShoeGoo, etc.)
....... and / or you can add a clay "stem" (full cylinder) on the back of the charm act like a cork in the hole, and a little glue into the hole part
Depending on how far back in the trays of shoes could disturb the stick on or be non-rounded
... The charm of a rod as above, plus a disc of clay slightly larger rounded at the tip of the stem could be forced through the hole in the top assembly (as the material is fairly give hook), but still quite a broad back across the hole to keep the charm in place (.. Do not use Sculpey or FimoSoft for this they are too fragile after cooking - go Premo, FimoClassic Kato Polyclay or place)
(... That may be how the charms are made regularly)
.... You could do something for the charm, as a length of wire into a spiral (wider than the hole) at one end, leaving the other free end and right (perpendicular to the spiral) - buy something like brad a paper fastener / or nails
... none of these could be pushed up through the bottom hole, then glue any part sticking up for pre-made, the same-shaped holes in the bottom of the clay charms - how holes where the clay is believed ... superglue probably organize screenings in clay since the fit was good and tight, or use two-part epoxy, etc.
... You can also integrate into the bottom of the charm of a conclusion clay earring post-type (the end of disk), then fix found on the underside of the upper part with a plastic hook or stop loop ear metal (may come off if, or stick too less folded)
... Laces woven plastic, wire, ribbon or lace through the holes and then to hang him like beads or buttons with "tails" which could be strung on it
... See this page for tails:

I think I like the simplicity and ease of simply glue it! (... But the weaving can be fun too, and she and plugs with discs would be one of those that were easily removed and changed around).
