Vans DunbarCamper Van Hire Scotland: 5 Must See's attractions

If you are planning a campervan hire holiday in Scotland, then you must make plans to see these sites. You can not miss these fabulous attractions.

Craigmillar Castle, Edinburgh

This castle has a terrible past full of death and murder. It was once part of a series of castles that protected Edinburgh from the invasion. Now he draws both tourists and ghost hunters. Admission is £ 3.00 for adults.

Dunnottar Castle, Aberdeenshire

This castle is situated on the cliffs that look like they have done away just for this castle. There are only two ways in this castle, and neither way is good for uninvited guests. Fortunately, visitors are welcome and entry is easy - and the views are breathtaking. The current structure dates all the way back to the 1500s. Talk about a history lesson-timer! Admission is only a‚¬ 3.50 for adults and £ 1.00 for children.

Observation of puffin - cliffs of Scotland

For those birders, is a detour to Nice. Handa Island is privately owned and is accessible by boat. It costs only 10 pounds, and volunteers involved in conservation of the site. They will give you information, but you're basically left alone to watch birds and walk the cliffs. There is also an abandoned village, you can see while getting dive bombed by skuas.

Deer Abbey, Aberdeenshire

The ruins of the Abbey of Deer have been introduced by the monks of Kinloss. The site claims to fame from the Book of Deer, which can now be found in the Library of the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge. Admission is free to the abbey, which is a-see for all travelers to Scotland.

Dunbar Castle, Lothian

Some say that this was once the most beautiful castle in Scotland. The castle fell into the sea in 1993 and all that remains is his home. However, there is enough left of the castle to stop by. There has not allowed public access, but through until it is the most beautiful castle in Scotland would be a travesty.
